Scope Of Work
Design, furnish and installation of a high purity process water treatment system for a newly constructed semi-conductor plating facility. The 300gpm Culligan Reverse Osmosis and De-ionization (RODI) system included Mixed-Media Filters (MMFs), Heat Exchanger, dual RO trains, Chemical Feed, CIP System, UV Disinfection, DI filters, Polypropylene supply/return piping, associated mechanical and electrical work. A Water Reuse/RO Recovery system was also included as part of the project to maximize the entire plants water conservation.
