Scope Of Work
Design-Build industrial cheese processing plant with a flow of 500,000 gpd utilizing Siemens technology. Process included rotary drum screen, 150,000 gallon equalization tank, dissolved air flotation (DAF), 56 foot diameter secondary clarifier, aerated sludge holding and belt press system. Additional equipment included three 40 HP rotary positive displacement blowers, 200 SCFM fixed coarse bubble diffusers, 5.6 HP duplex submersible sewage pumps, LMI metering pump skids, DAF pretreatment flocculators and primary lift pump station with 24.8 HP WILO-EMU Impeller pumps.
Additionally, project included installation of a pre-engineered metal building for laboratory and MCC room, complete with lighting, HVAC and potable water supply.
