Ruby Construction Company is celebrating our 65th Anniversary, while Ruby-Collins, Inc (a wholly owned subsidiary of Ruby Construction Company) is celebrating its 47th Anniversary. Since Ruby-Collins' incorporation in 1970, we have performed Projects throughout the Southeastern United States, with the main areas of Construction being Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Ruby-Collins main business model has consisted of the construction of Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants, Pump Stations and Utilities (Sanitary, Water and Storm Drains) for local Municipalities, State and the Federal Government. We have constructed four MARTA Stations and several Bridges and Intersections for Georgia Department of Transportation, as well as constructing Taxiways for the Atlanta Airport.

Since its inception in 1970, Ruby-Collins, Inc has successfully completed over $1.2 Billion of Construction Projects and is currently licensed in 11 states in the Southeast United States. Our focus for the future is Design/Build or Alternative Delivery Method Projects; Design, Bid, Build Projects; Annual Contracts for On-Call Services and Emergency Response Services; and Industrial Infrastructure Projects.

Ruby-Collins, Inc has performed projects ranging in size from $10,000 to $101 million, receiving several awards for Partnering, Construction Excellence, Hard Hat Safety Award and ENR Southeast Best Projects Award. Ruby-Collins thrives to continue to be one of the leaders in the construction industry throughout the Southeast.
