Innes Construction Co., Inc.

Innes Construction is a self performing general contractor.  That means we use our own skilled people to perform many of the tasks required to complete a construction project.  Our workforce specializes in concrete, carpentry, structural steel, insulation, metal siding, metal stud framing, specialties, doors, and hardware.

 There are two great benefits to using our own personnel.  The first, is the ability to control the schedule.  Because we self perform a majority of the activities that are critical to the timely completion of a project, we have the ability to increase manpower as needed to keep the project on schedule.  The second advantage, is  minimizing cost. Self performing work eliminates costly subcontractor fees, delays, mistakes, and overages.  We pass that savings on to the owner before work even begins.
