Scope Of Work
The Bow Tie Building which formerly housed the Toys R Us flagship store is located at 1530 Broadway in Manhattan. It is a building retrofit contract designed to provide over 60,000 sf of new retail space for Old Navy and Gap. This contract consists of both straight and circular concrete walls, and columns along these walls.
