Scope Of Work
EGC has completed the IAMS project on Center Hill. This project was 10,100 square feet of demolition of buildings between buildings. The new construction was about 17,200 square feet with 55,400 square feet of space total to be remodeled or built back. EGC self-performed 90% of this work. At times, work was seven days a week due to weather delays. The project was completed on time and under budget.
