Scope Of Work
As Construction Manager for this in-fill project, EGC’s ability to precisely schedule and oversee work was critical. Distance between the old building and the new structure was approximately 10 feet. The new facility is 83,000 square feet with cafeteria, laboratories, classrooms, and chapel. The old facility was demolished between the school years with approximately 40,000 cubic yards of fill added to the site.
