Julie Topkis Nason has more than 30 years of experience in development in the Delaware and Philadelphia regions. She serves on several local boards, such as Trustee of the Grand Opera House, Delaware Community Foundation, Downtown Visions, as well as the Chair of the Heart and Vascular Leadership Council for Christiana Care Heath System and a member of the Council of Advisors for Cristiana Care. Julie also advises local businesses, helping with business development, strategic development, fund development and project development.

Tom is actively involved in the day-to-day business of all Nason projects. His personal involvement and dedication guarantees our customers the best possible service and successful project outcomes, delivered on time and under budget. Tom participates in many industry-related organizations in PA and DE.

As Director of Preconstruction, Matt is detail oriented and resourceful with experience in Healthcare, Corporate/Commercial, Higher Education, Senior Living, Financial, and Federal/Military projects. Matt has successfully spearheaded projects to overhaul existing methods of calculating historical cost data and archiving information, increasing; storage capacity, accuracy, and efficiency. Matt became recognized as an integral member of the Business Development team which was accomplished by fostering existing client relationships and initiating new opportunities. Overall, Matt is highly organized, an effective communicator, comfortable as an individual contributor as well as part of a team and has a strong IT background useful for any job concerns.

Mike is a true leader at Nason Construction, Inc. He oversees day?to?day project activities such as working with the design team and the owner, keeping the project team as well as subcontractors informed, reviewing plans, submittals, RFIs and change orders and ensuring that all project related documentation is current. He has been involved in the execution of CPM scheduling & cost control for several complex projects. His planning abilities, combined with his technical knowledge, have enabled him to deliver successful projects while adhering to strict budgets and fast?track schedules.

Barb has served the company in many different roles through her years, which has given her an expertise from company operations, human resources and accounting. Barb works closely with each project manager from the beginning of each job through the close out given her involvement financially. Barb overseas accounting, human resources and areas of administrative operations.
