Scope Of Work

In 2009 we purchased property in Dublin, PA for the construction of our office. Originally a horseradish company, the property consisted of a two-story house and  processing area, a two-story mini warehouse, and a garage. It had been vacant for four years and was in need of considerable restoration.

Claiming the basement and processing area for our offices, we renovated the space into a comfortable and efficient headquarters for our business. We divided the house into two residential apartments, and turned the garage into a two-car garage.

We transformed the first floor of the mini warehouse, originally home to a series of walk-in coolers and freezers, into a fully functional shop for wood working and auto restoration, and the second floor into a designer apartment.
