Scope Of Work
New construction of a 16,725 sf. Pre-engineered metal building with standing seam roof to include 2 story office area as well as high bay vehicle maintenance areas. 170,000 sf. of site work included installation of complete new storm drainage system with 12 new storm drain inlets, 625 lf. of new storm drain piping, creation of new mitigation pond to collect storm water run- off in area designated as wet lands. Site work also included creation of new asphalt/concrete/shell roadways for heavy duty vehicles and parking areas, new water service lines into existing roadway and 1500 lf. of security perimeter fencing. All work accomplished while maintaining on- going disposal facility activities. Responsible for obtaining all City required permits, inspections and variances.
