Scope Of Work

Tri Scapes currently maintains nine locations for the City of Chamblee Park and Recreation department, consisting of a combination of both sports and passive parks and facilities. The center piece of this portfolio is the Chamblee City Hall.  Located in the revitalized heart of Chamblee, city hall is a focal point for government functions as well as cultural events held on the grounds throughout the year.  Another unique site in the portfolio is the Chamblee rail trail. This reclaimed rail site has been transformed into an inviting walking trail that allows visitors to walk through the heart of the city in a natural setting.
