Scope Of Work
Pinnacle Entertainment’s general contractor, Manhattan Construction, hired Kostmayer to install together three barges connected by structural steel cross bracing to create a 74,000 square foot gaming area along with three restaurants and a multi-purpose event center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Our work included installing 42 – 42″ x165′ long steel piles, 900 – 75′ long steel H-piles, 1,000 linear feet of sheet pile bulkhead, and 100,000 square feet of concrete levee armament for mooring basin and the cast-in-place bridge/elevated roadway.
Because of Kostmayer’s safe work, management skills, and superior craftsmanship, this project was honored at both the local and national levels by ABC (Associated Builders & Contractors) with Excellence in Construction awards.
