We added steel tubes between the existing tubes to provide safety and to remove the existing violation. We filed all the permit paperwork with the city of Bal Harbour, removed the violation with the fire department, and handled/supervised all the inspections. By the end of Carlton project, the inspector assigned to our project and the property manager at Carlton truly understood that CBR knows how manage every aspect of this type of job, and began referring us to other buildings in need of the same update. Overall CBR offers a great price for bringing existing Association Hand railings up to code along with unmatched expertise in the whole process.
