Our Story
Duct Detectives, Inc. was founded in August of 2006 by the Current President Chad Cowan. After a 10 year career in the restoration and IAQA field, Chad decided to leave the vast array of services that a restoration contractor provides, and concentrate solely on providing Quality Commercial Air Duct Cleaning throughout the Southeast. Today, Duct Detectives operates out of five branch offices (Tampa Bay, FL, Fort Myers, FL, Naples, FL, Melbourne, FL and Nashville, TN) and the corporate office in Orlando, FL.
Duct Detectives, Inc. has grown from 4 Employees in 2006 to over 25 techs and is proud to have the largest # of NADCA Technicians in the Southeast. We continue to add top notch Project Managers, and Onsite Certified Techs. In fact, Duct Detectives assigns a NADCA Certified Technician to EVERY PROJECT it performs. Whether it’s a large hospital project with very integrate cleaning specs, or a small office complex, Duct Detective’s highly trained technicians will perform each project to the NADCA ACR 2013 Standard.
Duct Detectives continually strives for new opportunities to assist their clients, and as a result, the Aeroseal Duct Sealing technique was implemented in 2012 as a way to test and seal ductwork from the inside. With this in house performed technique, Duct Detectives technicians are able to achieve amazing results in sealing all forms of ductwork. Furthermore, once the ductwork is sealed, an onsite report can be generated for the client.
Moving forward into 2015, Duct Detectives will be challenging each one or our NADCA Certified Technicians to achieve the NADCA Commercial Laundry Duct Certification. Our #1 goal at Duct Detectives is to continually train and educate our technicians so that we can provide our clients the best possible results.
We offer services to 12 states in the Southeast: AL, AR, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, and TX.
