Associated Mechanical Contractors, Inc. was the mechanical subcontractor for this 410,000 square-foot luxury apartment / mixed-use complex. It has a first-floor retail space and is located in downtown Minneapolis. Latitude 45 was a large-scale HVAC and plumbing project. Working with Doran Contractors, AMC, Inc. completed the project ahead of schedule and under budget.
