Scope Of Work
The Yacht Club at Terry Cove is a 6-story building with 20 units of luxury residential condominiums and a bottom floor parking garage. Each condominium consists of 3,288 square feet of living space and includes a deep water boat slip. Features of this project include Spanish mission architecture, pool-side cabanas, a heated pool and hot tub, private elevators, covered parking, a fitness center, and private storage units.
