Scope Of Work
The new Aviatrix headquarters in Sherwood, Oregon includes a two-story office comprised of a pre-engineered mezzanine system with a concrete floor. The 8,000 square foot office includes three conference rooms, private offices, kitchen, and break rooms. The warehouse is designed for racking, stacked up to 20′ for merchandise storgage, along with a function shipping and receiving area that allows for efficent work flow. This building envelope combined three different styles of wall panels, and a CMU fac?ade. The project was completed in four months.
