Scope Of Work
BEX Construction was selected by Hospice of the Bluegrass for the interior fit-up to offices in the Maurice Kaufmann Center. Renovations included creating additional offices, restrooms, interior finishes, mechanical and electrical upgrades. Exterior windows were replaced and roofing repairs were also made to increase the building’s energy efficiency and address maintenance issues.
