Scope Of Work
Russell School Apartments, in conjunction with the Russell School Community Services Center, was part of the historic preservation of the former Russell Elementary School in downtown Lexington. Over 45,800 square feet of the school was renovated into twenty-seven (27) one bedroom apartment style units as affordable housing for elderly. Several team members worked together to save the building that dates back to 1954 and has now been recognized with an by the Lexington Historical Society.
