Scope Of Work
BEX Construction was selected by Stöber Drives Inc. for the interior fit-up of an 8,000 square foot warehouse into a one-story office area with partial mezzanine at the front of the warehouse. Additional renovations were the balance of the warehouse including the addition of a server room. An 800 square foot stand alone compressor room was constructed as a detached element of the warehouse.
