Scope Of Work
Berea College selected BEX Construction for the creation of the new Carter G. Woodson Center for Interracial Education. The project involved the renovation of a 7,000 square foot section of previously demolished shell space within the existing Alumni Center into offices, meeting rooms, a student center and a display area highlighting Berea College’s long-standing commitment to interracial education. The renovated space was named for Carter G. Woodson, who is recognized as “the Father of Black History”.
