Built for practitioners of internal medicine, Frisco Primary Care was a design build project. The owners acquired the property themselves, and Selected TAB Construction to create and design a building for them. An architect was selected by TAB and design began with a predetermined target budget set by the owners. Not only was TAB able to provide a beautiful building for a cost well below the average rate in the area, but built a building and interior office with quality that will last the doctors group for years to come.
