Scope Of Work
As a developer, TAB had invested in a property located in a thriving area of Frisco. The property had many advantages over neighboring land. Property tax benefits and city impact fees were in place, shared costs to adjacent properties were negotiated, and utilities were already on site.
TAB sold the property to a doctor as a design build, and was able to transfer the savings of the property to the doctor, saving him in excess of $200,000. The predetermined contract price was well below the construction average, yet TAB was able to build a spectacular building, and show a quality interior finish.
