Scope Of Work
Construction of a 21,000sf addition housing state of the art surgical suites and renovation of the existing veterinary facility.
Challenges: Even though the site had been remediated of asbestos contamination years ago several previously undiscovered asbestos deposits were encountered in the building and parking footprint. Fulcrum had to coordinate traffic in and out of the existing site while allowing the abatement to continue without disrupting construction or hospital operations.
