Scope Of Work
Construction Manager for renovations and improvements to the 54,000sf club. Work included creation of a new Teen Center, adding natural light throughout the space and energy saving HVAC upgrades.
Challenges: All work was performed with the club in full operation. Maintaining safe conditions for kids and teens of varying age groups at all times was the number one priority. Further, all of the clubs programs were available on an uninterrupted basis. A combination of well planned phasing and sequencing allowed the club to function at full capacity during the renovation.
