Scope Of Work

New construction of a 200-bed private student housing project at 25-35 Main Street in Durham, NH. The project consisted of the redevelopment of three lots into a mixed-use student housing development on a very congested urban site. The project involves rehabilitating the existing houses at 25 and 35 Main Street; demolishing the existing houses at 27 and 29 Main Street; demolition of a barn in the rear of the site; constructing two new houses fronting on Main Street; and constructing two new buildings, one front on Main Street and one to the rear of the site. The orientation of the buildings on the site provide for a new classically-themed streetscape, while creating a landscaped courtyard, servicing access to all the buildings. The buildings fronting Main Street will have a mix of commercial and student housing occupancies.
