Scope Of Work
Construction of a 22,100sf 2-story elderly housing living facility and renovations to the existing buildings, which included rehabilitation of the doors and windows, installation of vinyl siding and replacement of roofs. The design and orientation of the new 24-unit building at Pelham Terrace presents the appearance of a New England estate to the streetscape.
