Scope Of Work
Fulcrum was hired as Construction manager for renovations and improvements to the 54,000sf club. Work includes creation of a new Teen Center, adding natural light throughout the space and energy saving HVAC upgrades.
Objectives: A combination of well planned phasing and sequencing is allowing the club to function at full capacity during the renovation.
Challenges: All work is being performed with the club in full operation. Maintaining safe conditions for kids and teens of varying age groups at all times is the number one priority. Further, all of the clubs programs have to be available on an uninterrupted basis.
