Scope Of Work

Diede  served as design-build contractor for  Archer Daniels Midland Corporation sweetener distribution terminal in Lodi, California.  terminal is used to store, blend  ship food-grade sweeteners. Sweeteners handled at   include corn syrup, high-fructose corn syrup  sucrose for use  carbonated beverages, fruit canning, ice cream, jams, jellies,  other food  beverage applications.

Design-build  consisted of 13,500 square feet of metal buildings to house  sweetener boiler, truck scales, truck loading equipment, truck wash   operation personnel offices, including quality  laboratories. Design-assist   scope of  included grading, underground utilities, freight car rails  unloading equipment, tank farm,  process piping  equipment. Diede self-performed all concrete  including heavy vehicle drive , foundations for  tank farms  metal buildings. DDC also handled  erection of metal buildings.
