Diede , Inc was awarded for Roberts Ferry Elementary School Waterford, CA. contract was estimated to be $1,946,903 with a square footage around 4,160. This consisted to construct a retaining wall soil fill to accommodate reorientation of playing field, expand parking lot bring fire lane access bus drop off to current standards, and to provide fire hydrants water storage tank per current standard. Diede also had to construct accessible ramp to lower level basketball volleyball court, relocate two existing portable classrooms, provide new landing/ramps per new code requirement, excavate and concrete foundation for library/classroom buildings, interconnect fire alarm communications systems with existing buildings.
