Scope Of Work
Suffolk completed the construction of the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel and Hotel Beaux Arts in downtown Miami. The hotel is linked to a 47-story, Class A office tower which was completed by Suffolk simultaneously.
The towers rise from an 833,883 square foot podium that houses retail space and the hotel and office lobbies. The project also features 18 levels of parking with 1,400 spaces.
The 41-floor hotel features three restaurants, including db Bistro Moderne plus two full floors of recreation amenities totaling 50,000 square feet. These include an outdoor swimming pool, a 10,000-square-foot NBA approved basketball court, virtual golf, a bowling alley, media room, billiard room, a state of the art fitness center, and a 4,000 square foot salon and spa.
