Scope Of Work
This project includes the interior renovation to the existing administration space as well as interior build out of new lab space. Project scope includes the relocation of a Laboratory from the Deerfield Beach location to the facility in Miramar. Project scope includes an additional Interior renovation of 3,500 square feet of administration space at the Pompano, Florida laboratory building. The initial efforts will be to finish the balance of scope of work for the new parking lot addition.
