Scope Of Work
Foster Park Community Center is a 9,200sf building consisting a Multi-Purpose room, Cooking Kitchen, Library, Meeting Rooms, Fitness Center, CMU, Restrooms, Historical Display Spaces, fully fire-sprinkler with adjoining walkways, paver plazas, landscaping and swales. The project is currently being reviewed by the GBCI for LEED Certification.
