Scope Of Work
WELBRO Building Corporation provided construction management services for the 66,000 s.f. Phase 2 expansion that houses a variety of program activities. The primary use of the facility is for student recreation and wellness and includes spaces for cardio, fitness, in-door racquet ball courts, multi-purpose rooms, outdoor adventure center area, MAC gymnasium, offices, wet classrooms, new locker and rest rooms, a new 25 yard by 25 meter pool and associated pump room. The expansion was targeted for © Silver Certification but reached © Gold Certification from the US Green Building Council at no additional cost to our client.
