Scope Of Work
WELBRO provided construction management services for this new 92,000 sq. ft. Science and Health Services Facility. This building provides a technology-enhanced teaching and learning environment to produce highly trained graduates for Dental hygiene, radiology, sonography, respiratory therapy and cardiovascular technology positions as well as prepare students who wish to further their education in biology and chemistry. This project was also designed and constructed under the guidelines of ¨ (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council) and achieved ¨ “Gold” Level status.
