Bruce has a wide range of experience in Contracting and Development. He has managed the construction of educational, hospitality, healthcare, commercial and industrial projects throughout the southeast United States. Over $2,000,000,000 of work has been constructed while Mr. Holmes has been the primary license holder for WELBRO.

Darick joined WELBRO as a Project Engineer in 2003 and since that time took on increasing levels of responsibility and management as a Project Manager. In 2013, Darick earned the role of Director, Special Services Group where he has been successfully leading the division and growing our business.  Darick’s wealth of experience and understanding of the industry, as well as his extensive knowledge of our company, makes him well-suited for the Operations Manager role. In addition to leading the Special Services division, Darick is responsible for overseeing larger-scale projects to help ensure we build on the success and reputation we’ve already achieved across the region.

John’s experience includes working as a construction manager responsible for overall project management to project/field engineer responsible for all administrative functions necessary on a project. This experience lends itself towards an overall knowledge of construction and project management and makes John an excellent member of the WELBRO Team.

Ken’s operational experience, combined with his extensive knowledge of MEP systems, costs and code compliance, make him a valuable asset to the project team. Ken has a strong track record in value engineering, which produces cost savings without sacrificing quality or architectural design on many significant projects.

Steve has executive responsibility for all WELBRO projects. He left the US Marines with the rank of Captain in 1978 after nine years of service. He entered the construction industry at that time and has been involved in many noteworthy projects. He is experienced in all types of project delivery systems and project types.

Stuart has extensive experience, mainly in educational facility construction, with current Central Florida experience. He has extensive construction management experience, with expertise in preconstruction, throughout the State of Florida and a strong track record of on-time project delivery. 

Larry’s diverse responsibilities have included the direction of all financial and accounting system activities, including job cost accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, employee benefit plans, accounting, surety, legal and banking relationships for construction firms with operations throughout the United States, as well as overseas. He has directed financial and operational audits resulting in the detection of fraud and the recovery of assets in excess of $1,000,000. In addition, as Lead Auditor for the performance of Sales and Use Tax and Franchise Tax audits during his employment with the State of Texas, Comptroller of Public Accounts, he was instrumental in the assessment of undetected revenue in excess of $1 million.
