Scope Of Work
This five-level employee garage added 504 parking stalls to Avista’s corporate campus. The structural system includes cast-in-place concrete, post-tensioned concrete, concrete shear walls and columns, precast spandrels, and a steel-framed roof. Features of the garage include conditioned stair towers, hydronic snow-melt systems, electric vehicle charging stations, and an automated parking guidance system that informs drivers about stall availability.
