Scope Of Work
This regional service center was designed and built through a highly collaborative process involving the owner, design team, and Bouten. Using Target Value Delivery, multiple building options and systems were evaluated using “good,” “better,” and “best” evaluation criteria. Incorporated into the project was cross-laminated timber (CLT) manufactured by a hometown supplier in this rural northeastern Washington community.
