Scope Of Work
During preconstruction, Bouten assisted the owner and the design team in developing cost estimates to evaluate various structural, mechanical, and electrical systems for the purpose of achieving best value from a limited budget. Bouten crews prefabricated the wood framing system off-site, reducing site congestion and cutting 30 days from the original schedule.
