Scope Of Work
Over a three-year period, Bouten consecutively renovated three prototype elementary schools for Kennewick School District. With a unique opportunity to continuously improve the project delivery process on each school, Bouten leveraged the use of the GC/CM process and Lean construction to shorten the schedule, reduce waste, and improve quality each step of the way.
