Scope Of Work
To achieve the desired quality and appearance of a mostly exposed structure, Bouten crews self-performed the cast-in-place concrete work on this three-story facility. The first building on WSU’s emerging Spokane campus includes classrooms, lecture halls, a multimedia library, computer labs, design studios, and instructor offices.
