Scope Of Work
Seeking an opportunity to maximize the benefits of design/build, WSU retained Bouten to deliver this project using a highly integrated delivery process. With a focus on Lean practices, exam room mock-ups were built early in the process. This set the stage for other collaborative strategies including prefabrication, Last Planner® System, daily huddles, and onsite co-location.
