General Project Overview:
- What was worked on? (i.e. Multi-level block and steel deck construction. New Modified Vegetated roof System.)
- Upper metal roof
- What specific materials were needed? (i.e. aluminum ACM panels, soffits and copings, etc.)
- Power washed existing roof using Gaco Wash, Applied Gaco Patch to all seams and fasteners, Applied Gaco S4200 white silicone coating over existing metal panels
Full Project Description:
- Challenges and how they were overcome? Challenge was roof system was a very steep pitch so, trying to apply roof coating was tricky, pre planning and adjustments were made during project that made installing the coating go smoother.
Final result? Roof system was completed and passed inspection for a 20 year warranty from the manufacture.
