The Project Quattro/Grocers Supply project includes a 727,600 SF, tilt-wall, build-to-suit warehouse, 24,870 SF, pre-engineered metal building maintenance shop, and a 20,020 SF, pre-engineered metal stripping building. The warehouse building shell was awarded LEED Silver Certification.
