Scope Of Work
Gulf Building completed construction services for the 50 State Security Corporate Offices under a strict schedule. 50 State had to be open in their new 3 story location in less than 4 months. Gulf did an entire interior renovation including, new electric, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm system, interior finishes, ceiling grid, and new interior and exterior impact windows.
