Scope Of Work
Gulf Building Corp completed construction services under a GMP contract for this three-story administration facility on the Immokalee Reservation in Collier County, Florida. The facility includes multi-purpose areas, a commercial kitchen, a state of the art heliport, executive offices for Tribal Council Members, conference rooms, boardrooms, and a library. The Seminole Tribe will use this facility as a senior center for the Tribal Elders and as a shelter for Tribal members.
