Scope Of Work
The Miramar Regional Multi-Service Center & Fire Station 19 was completed in 2008. Gulf provided a GMP to the City of Miramar for this project under a CM at Risk Contract. The project finished nearly $2 million under budget which allowed the city to provide additional services throughout the City of Miraamr. The Multi Service Center will house various city offices, bill pay centers and provide social services for senior citizens and city residents.
The facility also houses Fire Station 19 which replaced the trailers in which the Fire Department was located. The fire station houses over 20 firemen and acts as command center in the event of a hurricane. The facility contains a 5,000 gallon underground fuel tank with 100% backup power for 4 days.
