Scope Of Work
Gulf Building Corp completed the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino Expansion Project for the Seminole Tribe of Florida. This project was completed in several stages while the Casino was open to the public. Gulf worked closely with The Seminole Tribe of Florida to deliver a quality project. The scope included 36,000 sq ft of new construction including retail space and restaurant facilities. The casino achieved LEED Certification.
