Scope Of Work
Gulf Building Corp was selected as the owner's representative for Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino projects located in Hollywood and Tampa, Florida. As the owner's representative, Gulf Building Corp’s responsibility included supervising the developer, Construction Manager and Contractor, complete plan review for code compliance, as well as issuing all permits as agent for the
Owner’s Building Department. Gulf also scheduled and reviewed
all inspections for both facilities for
life safety and Certificate of
Occupancy compliance.
