Scope Of Work
The Stone’s Corner facility, also known as Joplin North, is a two pod primary care clinic with expansion capability. The 27 room clinic contains family practice, urgent care, rotating specialist clinic, blood draw, as well as lab and radiology services. This project included the addition of an offsite roadway improvement project to widen MO State Hwy 43 and provide a turn-lane in the amount of $306,000. Through diligent management of the GMP, DeWitt returned $110,000 in savings at the end of the project.
